Shipping Policy

We do our best to prepare and ship your orders as soon as possible; however, please allow us 3-5 business days to verify and process your package. 

All US orders ship through USPS. Orders are shipped with first class shipping unless chosen otherwise. This may take up to 7 days to be delivered and is not recommended for time sensitive parcels. 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package leaves our workspace, L&K Elegance has no control over it. If an order marked as delivered but is not received, 

it is the customer’s responsibility to contact USPS to report a case to find the package.

• The customer is responsible for inputting the correct address and one that is valid/verified
